Leasing Agent
Hamilton, Niagara, Brantford, Kitchener/Waterloo, Halton • Full-time
Base + Uncapped Commission (Top performers earn $70K–$100K+)
You're not looking for a desk job. You want to run your own book, close deals, and get paid for results. This is that role.
You'll own the full leasing cycle: sourcing tenants, running showings, closing applications, and handing over keys on move-in day. You manage your own schedule. You control your income.
What you'll do
- Generate leads through marketing, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and host property tours across Hamilton and surrounding areas
- Pre-qualify tenants, negotiate terms, and close lease agreements
- Conduct move-in inspections and ensure smooth tenant transitions
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Hit leasing targets and contribute to team performance
What you bring
- 1–2 years in sales, leasing, or customer service (required)
- Working knowledge of the Standard Ontario Lease Agreement and Residential Tenancies Act
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone and comfort with technology
- Strong closer mentality — you follow up, you don't wait
What we provide
- Uncapped commission structure — no ceiling on what you can earn
- Flexible schedule with autonomy over your day
- CRM, marketing support, and warm leads
- Training and mentorship from experienced operators
- Clear path to grow within a scaling company
Accounting Manager
Hamilton, ON • Full-time • Hybrid after 90 days
$75,000+ based on experience
This is not a transactional accounting seat. It's a leadership-level role with full ownership of the financial integrity of the company. You'll partner directly with the founder and the Director of Operations on the financial direction of the business, lead a small team, and serve owners and tenants with the care our brand is built on.
If you're an experienced accountant who's been doing the work cleanly inside someone else's structure and you're ready to own a function instead of supporting one, this is for you.
What you'll own
- Financial accuracy and compliance across all entities — audit-readiness at all times
- Trust accounting and client funds — tenant deposits, rent receipts, owner funds, provincial trust compliance
- Financial reporting — owner statements, leadership reporting, cash flow forecasting
- Accounts payable and receivable oversight — vendor payments, owner payouts, payroll, tenant receivables
- Budgeting and financial controls — building and monitoring budgets, flagging variances early
- Systems and process ownership — QuickBooks, Buildium, accounting integrations, SOPs
- Team leadership — currently a bookkeeper and a rent/customer service coordinator
- Risk identification and escalation — financial, compliance, and cash flow risks identified early
What you bring
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years owning a function or leading others
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is an asset)
- Strong fluency in QuickBooks; familiarity with Buildium is an asset
- Comfort with AI tools and automation — we use Apps Script, AI-powered workflow tools, and we're always looking for ways to work more efficiently
- Detail-orientation as a personality trait, not just a skill
- Customer service instincts — this role interacts with owners and tenants on real money issues
What we provide
- $75,000+ base salary based on experience
- A leadership-level role with real ownership of the financial function
- Direct partnership with the founder and Director of Operations
- A small team to lead and develop
- Modern tech stack — QuickBooks, Buildium, ClickUp, Apps Script, AI workflow tools
- Hybrid work arrangement after the first 90 days
Who this isn't for
If you're looking for a quiet seat behind the books, this isn't it. If "that's not my job" is part of your vocabulary, this isn't it. If AI and automation make you nervous, this isn't it.
