Typically one to two weeks. This includes completing paperwork, conducting a property assessment, setting up your owner portal, and coordinating with existing tenants or launching a new listing if the property is vacant. Timing depends on the time of the month and the size of your property.

Acceler8 is our tenant screening and education system. We evaluate every applicant across nine criteria including credit score, income verification, rental history, and debt-to-income ratio. Beyond screening, we provide tenants with financial literacy resources that help them pay on time, build credit, and stay longer.

Four guarantees: a 21-day leasing guarantee (signed lease or a free month of management), a tenant locate guarantee (free replacement if our tenant leaves within 6 months), a 90-day money back guarantee, and a good pet guarantee (up to $1,000 coverage for approved pet damage). We also offer a rent guarantee program for landlords who want guaranteed monthly income.
