How much does property management cost?

I live outside Hamilton. Can you still manage my property?
Yes. A large portion of our landlords live in another city or province. Our systems are built for remote ownership, with digital reporting and 24/7 online access. Learn about remote landlord services.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Our standard agreement is one year, but we also offer flexible terms. We earn your business by performing, not by locking you in. Details are covered in your consultation.
What if I already have tenants in place?
That is fine. We take over management of occupied properties regularly. We handle the transition, introduce ourselves to tenants, and bring everything into our system. See our onboarding process.
I am a tenant. How do I reach Found Spaces?
