Founded in 2017 by Kate Mackay, the company manages over 650 rental units across Hamilton, Burlington, Kitchener, St. Catharines, and Halifax, providing landlords with tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and full compliance with Ontario’s Landlord and Tenant Board.

Our Story
Found Spaces was founded in 2017 by Kate Mackay, a real estate investor who experienced firsthand the challenges of finding reliable property management. What started as a solution for her own rental properties grew into a full-service property management company now managing over 650 units across Hamilton, Burlington, Kitchener, St. Catharines, and Halifax.
Our growth comes from a commitment to continuous improvement. We invest in technology and systems that make property management more efficient — for our team, our landlords, and our tenants. You’ll receive monthly financial statements and direct access to your property manager through our online portal. When issues arise — whether it’s a late payment, a maintenance emergency, or a difficult tenant situation — we handle it, keep you informed, and protect your investment.
