Onboarding times vary depending on the time of the month and the size of your property, but typically we need one to two weeks to fully onboard. This includes completing paperwork, conducting a property assessment, setting up your owner portal, and coordinating with existing tenants or launching a new listing if the property is vacant.
What is the Acceler8 tenant program?
Acceler8 is our proprietary tenant education and screening system. We evaluate prospective tenants across nine criteria including credit score, income verification, rental history, and debt-to-income ratio. Beyond screening, we also provide tenants with financial literacy resources
What guarantees does Found Spaces offer property owners?
